This Blog

For many years my VMware colleagues have been telling me I should be running a blog in order to share the experiences I have gained during my time at VMware and so, whilst long overdue, here is my venture in to blogging.  As the name of the blog suggests the primary focus of this blog will be related to VMware vCloud solutions that I currently work with, however I may well venture off on tangents related to other VMware solutions based on previous experience.

Being a VMware employee this blog will have a strong bias towards VMware products and solutions, but will not be limited to just VMware.  I hope you find my articles useful and informative…

The Author

I am a Consulting Architect working for the VMware Global Center of Excellence based in the UK, having joined VMware in 2007. Before specializing in VMware vCloud solutions I spent three years working as field consultant in the Northern EMEA Professional Services Organization. During this time I developed a specialism in vSphere PowerCli scripting. Furthermore I was fortunate enough to be among the early VCDX candidates (#10) and on occasion serve as a VCDX panel member.  I have over 12 years broad experience in the IT industry, the majority in technical consulting positions, and have been working with VMware solutions since 2005.  Prior to joining VMware I worked for Prudential Assurance and Computer Sciences Corporation.
